Fiesta, Fiesta!
Join Grace Episcopal School's Early Childhood Teachers for a Fiesta! We will have a taco or nacho bar, a pinata, games, and crafts. Open to Preschool and JK. We will take up to 25 children. Fiesta will be held in the evening (4-6pm), on a mutually agreed upon date after the Christmas holidays. $30 per child.

A Wrinkle in Time - Movie Night with Mrs. McConaghy
A Wrinkle in Time - Mrs. McConaghy will take five students from Grades 4 and 5 to see "A Wrinkle in Time," Disney's upcoming movie adaptation of the Newbery award-winning classic. Outing is tentatively scheduled for the afternoon of Sunday, March 11, 2018. This beloved novel is treasured by many of our older students! $30 per child.

Drive-In Movie!
Bring the whole gang for family movie fun on a big screen in the backyard of the Abbey’s house.  Enjoy movie snacks and drinks as well as adult beverages for the grown-ups. When: Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 6pm. Up to 15 families. $35 per family.

Pinkies Up!
Pinkies Up! Come to a kid-friendly Tea Party. Gather friends together for an afternoon of tea and tasty treats. From invites to food to decor, learn how to make and enjoy a traditional English cream tea with tea sandwiches, scones with clotted cream, fairy cakes, and everything else that goes into a fabulous tea party. Cheers! For JK and Kindergarten. $30 per child. Date: Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 3-5pm.

Building Fairie Houses
Your child will create and build their own magical fairy house with Mrs. Lee Larkin, Mrs. Amanda Hungerford, and Mrs. Julia Byrnes. Builders will create houses and settings for their whimsical fairy using a wide variety of natural items such as twigs, pinecones, shells, pebbles, rocks, pine needles, acorns, nut casings, moss, and much more.  They will stay nourished throughout this time with a fairy snack. $30 for up to 12 students, grades K-5. Will take place on November 16, 2017, from 3:15-5:15pm.

Spanish Karaoke Lunch with Senora Gomez, Grades K-2
Your (K-Grade 2) child will have pizza  lunch and Spanish music with Señora Gomez in the multi-purpose room on Tuesday, January 9th.

Your child will have a provided pizza lunch with their schoolmates in their own private lunch-room filled with Spanish music and images.  Students will be discussing, listening to, singing, and even dancing with Señora Gomez to a combination of popular latin music songs like the favorite “Despacito”, as well as to the videos of Señor Wooly like “Maestra, puedo ir al baño, por favor” and “Billy the Bufanda”.  We will even dive back in time to sing some of their favorite Spanish songs from their “earlier years”.  

Kids will have a special and fun lunch and even improve their Spanish skills and culture knowledge at the same time.   ¡Qué Bien!  ¡Olé!

The Great Grace Baking Party
Is your child a curious and creative cook? Or an aspiring Food Network star? Spend the afternoon with Ms. Shaw & Ms. Lynch creating a unique cookie recipes and tasting your completed creations. While the cookies bake, students will be treated to an episode of a fun filled kids cooking show on the SmartBoard! Date TBD (a mutually agreed upon Friday in April from 3:30-5:30). Available for 8 students K-5. $30 per child.

Slime Party!
Join Ms. Waggener and Mrs. Nicholson for a slime party! Attendees will make three different types of slime. The types of slime we are making will be revealed at the slime party. Snacks will be provided. Grades 3-5, up to 15 kids. Date: April 12, 2018 from 3:30-5:30. $30 per child.
