πŸ•οΈ EVENT FORMAT
This adults-only Gala & Auction for Grace parents, faculty and staff will take place in a decorated Merrow Hall and will include food, beverages, a DJ, a live auction presentation, best dressed awards, and plenty of fun. We hope you will join us!

🎟️ GALA TICKETS
Tickets will go on sale Wednesday, October 9 at 12 p.m. Early Bird Tickets are $125 and will be available through October 30. Regular Priced Tickets are $150 and will be available through November 13. A limited number of Reserved Tables (seating up to 12 guests of your choice) will be available for $1,650, while supplies last. Guests may also Sponsor a Faculty Ticket at $125 which will help support our ability to offer tickets at no cost to teachers and administrative staff. All sponsors will be listed in the gala program.

πŸ₯ƒ BOURBON TASTING EXPERIENCE
We will hold an exclusive bourbon tasting experience in the Grace Lodge between 6:30 - 7:15 p.m. Gala guests must purchase an additional Bourbon Tasting Ticket ($35) to participate. All guests will be entered to win a bottle of bourbon.

πŸ’™ FUNDRAISING CAUSE
Event proceeds will go towards enhancing Grace's Arts & Sciences programs by transforming the 2nd floor art classroom into a vibrant Design Lab that will foster creativity, curiosity, exploration and collaboration in Art and STREAM classes for years to come!
🐻 EVENT ATTIRE
The Grace community loves a good costume party! This year's theme is Camp Grace and corresponding attire is encouraged. Think campfires, s'mores, stargazing, wild animals, hiking, warm beverages, singing and games!  Best dressed prizes will be awarded at the event.

Do you have an item that could be donated for the auction? We're looking for mountain or beach vacation homes, suite/box seats to sporting events, or one of a kind experiences like lunch with a VIP or a behind the scenes tour! πŸŽ‰ CALL FOR SIGN-ON PARTY HOSTS!
Do you have a fun idea for a party or want to a host a party for members of our community? A β€œSign-On Party” is an event that will take place on a future date, hosted by a Grace parent or faculty member. Rather than bidding, a limited number of tickets for these parties are available for purchase at a fixed price. These are popular and unique events, such as an end of the year pool party for a grade, a student s'mores & movie night, an adults-only wine tasting party, or a golf outing. Please use our SIGN-ON PARTY HOST FORM to submit your party idea!
